Open the Medicine section in the app and tap "Upload Prescription." You can take a live photo of your physical prescription, import a PDF from MedxVerse, or select a photo from your gallery. A licensed pharmacist will review it and match you with a verified pharmacy.
We accept debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, MedxGo Wallet, and cash on delivery for eligible orders. You can save multiple payment methods in your profile.
Most deliveries are completed within 20–35 minutes depending on your distance from the vendor and current rider availability. You can track your order live on the map after it's been picked up.
Switch to Business Mode in the app and select "Food Vendor" or "Pharmacy Vendor." You'll be guided through submitting your business details, CAC registration, bank account, and required documents. Approval typically takes 24–48 hours.
Riders earn a fixed amount per completed delivery. Earnings accumulate in your MedxGo Rider balance and can be withdrawn to your bank account at any time. Payouts are processed within 24 hours of request.
